The "Rok-N-Rol" at the Immokalee Fair took an unexpected turn on Friday evening after Collier County deputies said it sent two kids and one adult to the hospital.
A father of one of the kids hurt told NBC2 that the "Rok-N-Rol" was going around for a second time when the ride made a weird noise, then fell off the track onto the platform.
The father said that's when four people hit the ground and his 1o-year-old daughter, Zielah, was punctured in the arm.
The Collier County Sheriff's Office responded to the fair , behind Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, around 10:40 p.m.
Some witnesses of the incident, who initially shared it on Facebook, reported seeing one of the injured individuals walking with a hand on his chest.
"Rock-N-Roll" at the Immokalee Fair, now flagged by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as of Sunday.
Just two days after the incident, the tag says "stop operation."
According to their website, a stop operation sign means the ride failed the inspection. The ride "cannot operate at the same location until it has passed a reinspection and the red tag has been removed by an inspector."
The website also said if an accident happens that sends some to the hospital, a verbal report has to be submitted four hours after an incident, and a written report must be submitted within 24 hours.
NBC2 called the owner of Fun For Everyone Shows, which owns the ride. He said he did not wish to comment at this time.
The conditions of those involved has not been shared at this time.
