A Naples man has been indicted on a first-degree murder charge after he was accused of selling drugs that led to a man's death.
According to court documents, on May 11, 2024, Brian Edward Jessup, 44, sold drugs to the victim which contained fentanyl.
Jessup is facing a first-degree murder charge, along with a charge for the sale of a controlled substance.
First-degree murder is a capital felony, leaving just two outcomes if Jessup is found guilty - life in prison without the chance of release or the death penalty.
Court documents state Jessup is being held without bond.
