Two thieves were caught on camera stealing a motorcycle Thursday night from University Village.
Eden Mason said her motorcycle was picked up by two thieves, who put it in a white van and drove off.
“I wake up, and I go out for work in the morning at 11 a.m., and I just noticed my cover for one of my bikes was flying in the parking lot, and I instantly, my heart just sunk, like my bike was just missing from its parking spot,” said Mason.
Mason said her motorcycle is a $13,000 2020 YAMAHA R6. She’s not the only one who had a motorcycle stolen this week, her friend Dylan Guercioni said his was stolen on Thursday.
“I had a very similar story. I had two bikes, one have higher value in the lower in the same spot, and they took the higher value bike. I had an AirTag in it so I could at least track it, and they ditched the AirTag,” said Guercioni.
