Neighbors along SW Santa Barbara Place in Cape Coral woke up to law enforcement lining the streets on Wednesday.
Neighbors shared a video with NBC2 from around 6 a.m., just before FBI agents broke down the front door and cuffed someone.
According to the FBI, Frederick Taylor, 50, was arrested. Taylor has previous charges, including for drugs, robbery, animal abuse and carrying a concealed weapon.

The agency said the raid was related to drug charges.
The FBI could be heard using a loudspeaker telling residents to stay inside while telling the people in the house to come out.
"It's escalated and something that much higher involved when it's the federal government, not just the local police," Marzia Rivera, a Cape Coral resident, said.
The FBI told NBC2 they were conducting a court-authorized search. That was all they could share as this is an ongoing investigation.
