Friday marks four years since a Fort Myers woman left her home, never to be seen again.
Fort Myers police said despite exhaustive searches and efforts, Maria Espinal, 66, has yet to be found.
Espinal vanished on Dec. 13, 2020, around 12:30 a.m. in the area of New York Avenue in Fort Myers. According to reports, Espinal suffers from medical conditions and is considered endangered.
FMPD said Espinal's case remains open, and they continue to hope that the community can help provide her family with some long-awaited answers.
