A man is wanted for violating probation and is facing charges after his third DUI arrest.
According to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, Dany Desamour, 43, showed up at his ex's house drunk, then drove away with a minor child in the car.
Officers caught up with him and arrested him after he failed a series of field sobriety tests, then blew a breathalyzer at nearly three times the legal limit.
SWFL Crime Stoppers says Desamour has since violated probation, and has been booked a dozen times before on charges of hit and run, trespassing, disorderly intoxication, battery, driving with a suspended license, and driving under the influence.
Desamour is 5 feet 11 inches, 175 pounds and upon his arrest will be held without bond.
