A man has been arrested after a weekend shooting in the parking lot of Fuegoz Lounge along Del Prado Boulevard North.
According to the Cape Coral Police Department, Kunata Barrinton Bolden, 22, was identified as the shooter and arrested Wednesday.
The CCPD said officers responded to the scene around 1:55 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, for reports of multiple gunshots being fired.
Officers found two female victims with gunshot wounds and provided medical aid along with medics who transported them to the hospital. According to the CCPD, their wounds were minor, and they were later released.
The CCPD's Violent Crimes Unit took over the investigation, but Bolden was located by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force-Fort Myers Office.
Bolden is facing charges of two counts of aggravated battery, a second-degree felony and improper exhibition of a firearm, which is a first-degree misdemeanor.
