A sex offender was arrested at Baker Park in Naples after police received a call about a suspicious man under the Blair Bridge.
According to the Naples Police Department, officers found Jerry Moad, 44, with a half-empty jug of Fireball Whiskey.
In addition to having alcohol in a city park, Moad is a registered sex offender. His original charge was against a minor.
Per Florida statute, Moad is not allowed within 300 feet of a park, playground or anywhere children congregate, according to the police department.
He was arrested and taken to the Naples Jail Center.
