A man was arrested on aggravated battery charges along Clear Lake Loop early Christmas morning.
According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office, deputies arrested Emilio De La Rosa Hernandez, 48, after an investigation with their violent crimes unit.
De La Rosa Hernandez is facing charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
