Lee County deputies responded to a home along 21st St. SW in Lehigh Acres for a stabbing.
Neighbors sent NBC2 video of the scene, showing an ambulance and at least five LCSO cars lining the street.
The Lee County Sheriff's Office said someone had a stab wound to the hand and the people involved knew each other.
LCSO is investigating.
We are still working to learn if any arrests have been made and what led up to the stabbing.
