Tuesday Forecast: Bundle up! Today will be the coldest day of the season, with daytime highs only managing to reach the upper-50s to lower-60s. A fairly brisk wind out of the north will make the air "feel" a few degrees colder, but at least we'll see plenty of sunshine to go along with the chilly weather.
Tonight: Temperatures will fall pretty quickly by sunset. Most areas will cool into the 40s by 10 p.m., and temperatures will drop into the lower-40s by sunrise Wednesday. With winds still up to 5-10 mph, wind chill values will be as low as the 30s.
The Next Change: After a very slow and gradual warming trend through Saturday, another cold front arrives across the Gulf Coast early this weekend. Expect some isolated rain as the front moves through Saturday, followed by another shot of cool air Sunday.
