Lee County Schools opens instructional talent search pool for 2025-26 school year
The School District of Lee County is looking for educators. The district’s Instructional Talent Search Pool for the 2025-26 academic year is open.
The district says fields with open high-demand positions include English language arts, elementary education, science, math and special education.
To get started, visit Apply.LeeSchools.net and search for “2025-2026 Instructional Talent Search Pool – 20244248” to apply.
Keep in mind that the district says candidates:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Must have a valid Florida teaching certificate or out-of-state teaching certificate that covers the appropriate area of responsibility
The district says if a candidate only has a bachelor's degree, they can take a test to earn the appropriate certification. Register for those exams at fl.nesinc.com.
