A Collier County man was sentenced to 45 years in prison and a lifetime of sex offender probation for crimes against two children in 2022.
According to the State Attorney's Office, Randy Schoolcraft was found guilty of attempted capital sexual battery, lewd or lascivious molestation, promoting sexual performance by a child, and possession of child pornography.
The crimes surfaced after one child disclosed information about the abuse after a slumber party.
In the second case, Schoolcraft was found guilty of lewd or lascivious molestation.
He was also ordered to pay court costs and just over $5,000 for the cost of the investigations to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office.
Schoolcraft was also sentenced in three earlier cases, including grand theft, possession of a firearm/concealed weapon ammunition by a convicted felon, and aggravated battery.
