A Fort Myers woman is wanted after violating probation on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
According to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, Harneisha Loggins, 28, is facing charges due to a disturbance with another female over a car being egged overnight.
Witnesses say Loggins screamed at the woman and said, "You're gonna die today."
She went back inside and came out with a long barrel shotgun and threatened to shoot the woman.
When a man tried to intervene between the two, Loggins sprayed him with mace.
The police showed up, and Loggins went to jail for two months before pleading guilty. She spent the next year in the custody of the state.
She was released on probation, which she has since violated.
Now, it's being recommended that she spend the next 22 months in prison.
Loggins has 15 priors for battery, resisting, property damage, assault, and child abuse.
She is 5 feet, 4 inches tall, 185 pounds, with a tattoo of the words Queen Potts inked on her right wrist and a butterfly with the number 96 on her right arm.
