The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly multi-vehicle crash on State Route 82 in Lehigh Acres.
Troopers responded to the scene near 40th Street SW around 7 a.m. on Wednesday.
According to FHP, the crash closed all lanes of traffic as troopers investigated the scene. Roadblocks appear to still be in place as of 9:30 a.m.
It remains unclear how many people were injured as a result of the crash. NBC2 has questions out to FHP.
