Authorities are searching for a man with a long history of felony arrests after he violated probation tied to a drug possession case.
According to SWFL Crime Stoppers, Nathan Bivins, 31, violated probation after testing positive for drugs.
Bivins was initially placed on 36 months of probation after a previous arrest for cocaine possession.
During that arrest, deputies stopped him on US-41 after he was seen driving erratically, causing several near-collisions.
A search of Bivins vehicle revealed cocaine and marijuana. Officials said Bivins, who is from Fort Myers, has a history of 21 arrests, including theft, resisting arrest, and battery, and has spent nearly three years in prison for a home invasion robbery.
Bivins is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. He may be using the aliases James Bivins or James Battle. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact law enforcement.
