A Cape Coral man is wanted after failing to show up to court following an arrest on child molestation charges.
According to SWFL Crime Stoppers, Hector Arroyo, 37, was arrested for two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation and attempted molestation on a victim under 12 years old.
The victim said she was at home with Arroyo when he laid down next to her and began groping her inappropriately.
Crime Stoppers states despite the victim being visibly upset and in tears, Arroyo made her touch him.
When he left, the girl told an adult, who called the police, who then arrested Arroyo.
He was released from jail a day later on a $100,000 bond and with the promise of showing up for court.
Arroyo is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds, and when he is arrested, he will be held without bond.
