THE LEE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE SAYS THE MORNING OF JANUARY 14TH, DEPUTY BAILEY, WHO YOU SEE HERE WAS STROLLING. THE LEE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT'S MAIN OFFICE. THAT'S WHEN WOMAN CAME UP TO HIM AND SAID HER 3 YEAR-OLD SON WAS NOT BREATHING. THE DEPUTY TOOK THE TODDLER FROM HIS STROLLER AND POSITIONED HIM SO HE COULD BREATHE AGAIN. A school resource officer saved a toddler in Lee County. In Positively Southwest Florida, we're breaking down how he was in the right place at the right time.The Lee County Sheriff's Office said on Facebook the morning of Jan. 14 that Deputy Kvaley was patrolling the Lee County School District's main office. A woman came up to him and said her 3-year-old son was not breathing. Kvaley took the toddler from his stroller and positioned him so he could breathe again. He then stayed with the child and his mother until emergency medical services got there.The LCSO said Kvaley is a 22-year veteran of the Lee County Sheriff's Office.
