A medical transport jet with a child patient and five others aboard crashed in a Philadelphia neighborhood Friday evening.The plane exploded and set several homes on fire. ABC7 has confirmed the aircraft XA-UCI, Learjet 55's last flight was Friday afternoon out of Opa-Locka in the Miami-Dade County area.FlightAware showed regular flights out of Fort Lauderdale.The aircraft is registered in Mexico. According to Jet Rescue, the four crew members and mother and child were all from Mexico.The flight plan for the aircraft was Miami to Philadelphia to Springfield, Missouri to Tijuana, Mexico.Jet Rescue Air Ambulance said the patient and another passenger were onboard, along with four crew members.In a statement, the company said, "We cannot confirm any survivors" and “Our immediate concern is for the patient’s family, our personnel, their families and other victims that may have been hurt on the ground.”The company also said it will not be releasing any names until family members have been notified. The plane quickly disappeared from radar after taking off from the airport at 6:06 p.m. and climbing to an altitude of 1,600 feet.It was en route to Springfield, Missouri, and registered to a company operating as Med Jets, according to the flight tracking website Flight Aware.
