Fort Myers Beach leaders will vote on a proposed six-story, 40-unit boutique hotel and condo expansion across from the Pink Shell Resort.
Last month, in a 3-1 decision, the town council voted to move forward with a second hearing and will review new documents added by the developer.
Residents can share their opinions at Monday's town council meeting at 9 a.m. at the council chamber on Oak Street.
