There's a new effort to provide comfort to kids living with cancer at Golisano Children's Hospital.
Barbara's Friends just announced its new Teddy Bear Fund. Philanthropist Barry Lukach gifted $150,000 to the fund. Thanks to his generosity, every child who faces a cancer or blood disorder diagnosis will have a furry friend to support them through their journey.
In addition to the endowment, community members can also contribute directly to this initiative.
