BackYard Social is hosting a "Galentine’s Day" celebration featuring live reggae music, themed cocktails, and sweet treats on Tuesday. The event will bring together local vendors, music, and a lively atmosphere for guests looking to celebrate friendships.
The sitcom Parks and Recreation popularized the term "Galentine's Day" almost a decade ago.
According to organizers at BackYard Social, the evening will feature a performance from the reggae band Nostaljah outside from 6 to 9 p.m.
Inside, a DJ will begin at 8 p.m., spinning music inspired by Sabrina Carpenter, along with popular hits from artists such as Dua Lipa, Ariana Grande, Olivia Rodrigo, Tate McRae, and Doja Cat.
Guests can enjoy chocolate-covered strawberries and Valentine’s-themed snacks from Cocoa Berry Food Truck, along with handcrafted drinks.
Vendors, including Cocoa Berries and FJ Designs Permanent Jewelry, will be on-site from 6 to 10 p.m.
The event is designed to offer a fun and festive way to celebrate friendships and the spirit of Valentine’s Day. More information can be found at backyardsocial.com
