A 4-year-old girl and her mother were located after an Amber Alert was issued Sunday morning out of Broward County.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement issued the alert just after 10 a.m. on Sunday.
In an update, the Broward Sheriff's Office said Seraphina and Nathan Gingles were located shortly before 11 a.m. Broward County deputies located the vehicle involved in the incident in North Lauderdale.
Seraphina Gingles, 4, and Mary Gingles, 34, were reported kidnapped out of Broward County. Law enforcement named the suspect as 43-year-old Nathan Gingles.
FDLE said Seraphina was last seen wearing light-colored clothing and Mary was last seen wearing an orange flower shirt and tan shorts.
According to the alert, they were last seen in the area of 5800 Plum Bay Parkway in Tamarac.
FDLE said they may be in the company of Nathan, who was last seen wearing all-black clothing. They may be traveling in a 2016, silver BMW X3 SUV with a Texas tag number 5DV2950.
Law enforcement asks anyone who comes in contact with them to not approach, instead call 9-1-1 immediately.
