A Naples woman with a history of criminal activity is wanted on a new warrant after violating her probation, which stemmed from an arrest for firing a gun in public.
According to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, she may be moving between Lee and Collier counties to avoid capture.
Detectives said Heather Landry, 38, was in a moving car with a man when an argument between them escalated into a physical fight.
When they arrived at her home, Landry got a gun out of her car—despite being a convicted felon—and fired a shot into the air.
A witness told investigators that she then pointed the firearm at the man’s head before he ran away.
Landry was arrested and spent two months in jail before being found guilty and released on probation.
Earlier this month, she violated the terms of her probation, leading to the issuance of a new warrant for her arrest.
Authorities said Landry had been booked 17 times on charges related to drugs, prostitution and weapons offenses. She previously served a year in state prison.
Landry is described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds. Investigators believe she may be traveling between Lee and Collier counties to evade law enforcement. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact authorities.
