There will be a systemwide shutdown of Naples' reclaimed water system due to the City of Naples Public Works Department's scheduled maintenance.
The shutdown is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 27 as crews will be replacing metering equipment at its wastewater treatment plant.
The systemwide shutdown will impact all customers connected to the reclaimed water system.
Officials said the maintenance work will not impact the city's drinking water system or sanitary sewer system. Those systems will continue to operate normally during the maintenance.
The city will notify the public that the reclaimed water system is back in operation once the work has been completed.
