Detectives are investigating a criminal mischief incident in a North Fort Myers community after receiving reports of a shed with antisemitic verbiage written on it.
According to a post on X from the Lee County Sheriff's Office, deputies received reports of a shed in the Pine Lakes Community with antisemitic writing on it.
Deputies said they are following leads, reviewing surveillance, speaking with witnesses and doing area checks to close the case.
It is unclear what exactly is written on the shed at this time, but it was enough to spark an investigation.
