A man was arrested after being accused of pulling out a gun and loading it while inside the Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee Sunday morning.

According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office arrest report, they received reports of a man, later identified as Charles Kelly, 45, from Carol City, leaving the casino with his gun pulled out around 2:05 a.m.
CCSO said deputies were standing by the entrance when they received the report from security.
Deputies made contact with Kelly and searched his hoodie, where they said they found a gun in the front pocket.
According to CCSO, surveillance video showed that Kelly walked up to another man in the casino, exchanged words, flashed his gun, and chambered a round.
A witness told deputies that Kelly became angry before he was taken out of the casino by a friend of his, according to the arrest report.
Kelly was arrested and now faces one count of improperly exhibiting a firearm.
