Today is all about the birds—parrots and cockatoos, to be more precise. The Parrot Outreach Society is a nonprofit in Punta Gorda that rescues, rehabilitates and facilitates adoptions of parrots.
Jennifer Anderson and Will Sanders joined ABC7 to discuss how you can get involved with the organization. The Parrot Outreach Society is an outreach and placement program that places into safe custody parrots who have been abandoned, abused, or are in need of a home for any reason.
