A Lehigh Acres man was found guilty of child molestation during a three-day trial in Lee County.
Graciano Lopez, 52, was convicted of Lewd and Lascivious Molestation on a Child Under 12 after being arrested in January 2024 for groping a child while she was sleeping in a bed.
The child victim told a family member what happened, which prompted an investigation and arrest.
A status date to set a sentencing date is scheduled for March 24.
