A North Fort Myers man was sentenced to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple felony drug charges.

Mark Serena, 49, was arrested in June 2023 in North Fort Myers after the Lee County Sheriff's Office said he battered a woman, held her against her will and robbed her at gun point.
The victim was able to escape to a nearby gas station and call for help.
LCSO said while executing a search warrant on Serena's home, deputies found 312 grams of fentanyl, 163 grams of cocaine, 218 grams of methamphetamine and over 130 miscellaneous prescription pills.
“I've said it once, and I'll say it again: if you deal deadly poison in Lee County, we will find you, and we will make sure you are locked away for a very long time," said Sheriff Carmine Marceno.
Serena pleaded guilty to trafficking oxycodone, trafficking amphetamine, trafficking fentanyl, trafficking cocaine, possession of cannabis, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a place with knowledge of trafficking sale.
