A Collier County man was arrested on Wednesday after being accused of repeat sexual battery.
Jose Guadalupe Cruz Contreras, 60, was arrested after the Naples police Department said an co-worker and adult victim came forward with allegations of unwanted sexual advances.
Police said the incident occurred while Cruz's company, an outside construction vendor, was working at a job site within the Moorings Park community.
According to the victim, Cruz made unwanted sexual contact, which included touch the victim's buttocks.
According to the arrest report, a witness saw it happen and they collected photo evidence to support her allegation.
NPD said the victim came forward to report the matter following Cruz's arrest for a similar crime on Feb. 22.
Officers said Cruz was previously arrested for false imprisonment and sexual battery in connection with another incident involving a separate victim, while employed as a construction supervisor
Cruz was arrested on Wednesday and taken to the Naples Jail Center.
