A man with a history of DUI arrests is wanted again after violating his probation just two months after being released from prison.
According to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, deputies responded to a report of a reckless driver in Estero and found Michael Younce parked at a gas station with the engine still running.
When deputies approached, they said there was a strong smell of alcohol coming from Younce, along with an open bottle in the center console. He admitted to drinking and failed field sobriety tests.
Deputies said Younce, a convicted felon, had a loaded firearm tucked into his waistband.
He was previously convicted of driving under the influence and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, following three prior DUI arrests in the past 10 years.
After serving more than two years in prison, Younce was released and is now accused of violating his probation tied to that conviction.
Once arrested, Younce will be held without bond at the Lee County Jail.
