The Orange County Fire Rescue Department is on the scene of a small plane crash that occurred in the Zellwood area Saturday morning.
Firefighters responded to a small single-engine plane crash near the Bob White Airfield on Jones Avenue around 9:30 a.m. Crews extinguished a small fire, but a man in his 70s was found and pronounced dead at the scene.
The FAA and NTSB have been notified and are working to determine what led up to the plane crash.
