One person was taken to the hospital after a house fire sparked at a home in Pelican Bay on Monday afternoon.
According to the North Collier Fire District, crews responded to a single-story residential house fire along Shadow Lake Lane.
Officials said they believed this was a "dryer fire".
Gulf Coast News is working to learn about the current condition of the person who was taken to the hospital.
