A Fort Myers man was arrested for selling drugs to a Lee County Sheriff's Office confidential informant.
Perry Lee Marion, 59, was arrested at a traffic stop after deputies set up a sting to catch him selling drugs out of his home to a confidential informant on two occasions.
When deputies searched his home located on Oleander Avenue, they found cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms and marijuana, along with a gun and ammunition.
The home was also determined to be less than 300 feet away from a childcare center.
Marion has been arrested on charges of drug possession, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, intention to sell drugs, and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
