A North Fort Myers man with a history of violent crimes is wanted after failing to appear in court on a sexual battery charge, prompting a search by the U.S. Marshals.
According to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, Kristian Foster, 26, had been released on bond after his arrest earlier this month.
A woman told deputies she was drinking with Foster in downtown Fort Myers and later blacked out at his home. When she regained consciousness, she realized she had been sexually assaulted.
Foster, who has been committing felonies since age 13, has previously been booked on charges including domestic violence, arson, grand theft auto, carjacking, kidnapping and assault.
He was released from prison less than a year ago after serving nine years for robbing a fast food restaurant and pistol-whipping employees at the age of 17.
Foster is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds. He has several tattoos, including “against all odds” on his chin, along with skulls, a spider web and the word “loyalty” on his left arm.
