Get ready to enjoy five courses created by five of the best chefs in South Florida that will help you explore all of your senses. All while supporting the arts.
Feast for the Senses is coming to Alliance for the Arts on April 5. Pamela Beckman, along with Crave Culinaire’s Brian Roland, Lauren Daniels of Southern Charm Bistro and Ralph Centalonza II of Sage on 47th in Cape Coral, joined Gulf Coast News to explain how you can enjoy this provocative dining experience.
The inaugural Feast for the Senses dinner is set for 6:30 p.m. on April 5, at the Alliance for the Arts in Fort Myers. It features five courses, each inspired by one of the senses, each created by a chef-inspired by a specific sense. Pairing cocktails and wines to the dishes will be Gina Birch.
Pamela Beckman of BonSoiree Events, who is also an Alliance board member, came up with the idea, which benefits the Alliance for the Arts as it celebrates its 50th anniversary.
