Police are investigating a carjacking and sexual assault at a RaceTrac gas station in North Port on Thursday morning.
According to the North Port Police, they are investigating alongside the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office since the carjacking happened in North Port County and the sexual assault took place in Charlotte County.
CCSO said there are no additional details at this time, and the investigation is still ongoing.
