A pizza place in Fort Myers that's loved by locals is now getting international recognition.
Enrico Aguila owns Uncle Rico's. He recently went to Las Vegas for the Pizza Expo and competed in the International Pizza Challenge.
He entered his cheese slice in the best slice event as part of the U.S. Pizza Team and won third place for the southeast region!
It's an awesome accomplishment after going up against hundreds of competitors.
Aguila says he's still working hard to get a first-place title next year but making third place was a huge honor.
