A motion to remove Fort Myers City Attorney Grant Alley has failed following the city council's Monday evening meeting.
Councilwoman Darla Bonk filed the motion following a controversial meeting where officials discussed the police department training with ICE.
Bonk wanted the longtime city attorney out but did not get the support from other council members.
