See the latest progress on Cape Coral's Jaycee Park project in April

Cape Coral officials shared new images of work being done at Jaycee Park.

The city said the park is in the leveling process to prepare for upcoming renovations.

According to a Facebook post from the city of Cape Coral government , stabilization and reinforcement activities are taking place along the shoreline, and crews are also installing stormwater pipes and drainage inlets.

Officials said the stormwater pipes and drainage inlets will improve the park's water management systems.

Jaycee Park will remain closed as the project continues. Officials expect construction to be completed by fall 2025, and the city will provide updates as work continues.
