A Fort Myers man is wanted by authorities for violating his probation requirements after he was charged for driving while intoxicated.
Daniel Francis Kelly, 62, was arrested for a DUI after police saw him cutting across three lanes of traffic on U.S. 41 and then driving over a raised concrete median at 2:30 a.m. When police pulled him over, Kelly failed his field sobriety test, and his breathalyzer test result was over the legal limit.
Kelly was arrested, charged, and given 24 months of probation. He violated his probation by not attending DUI school, failing to show up at a DUI victims impact panel, and skipping court costs and community service.
Kelly is 6 feet 1 inch tall, 180 pounds and was last known to be living in South Fort Myers.
