A person was found with a gunshot wound Thursday night in the Harlem Gardens area of eastern Hendry County, prompting a large response from law enforcement.
According to the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the scene, where they found a victim who had been shot.
The person was taken for medical treatment. Authorities have not released further details about the circumstances or the condition of the victim.
