Cape Coral firefighters have some new gear for an important cause. In “Positively Gulf Coast,” they're recognizing Autism Acceptance Month.
Communities and organizations up and down the Gulf Coast recognize Autism Acceptance every April. The firefighters said they are wearing these shirts to bring awareness to research, policy, and advocacy for autism. They're also celebrating diversity and each individual's unique differences.
