The third suspect in the Port Charlotte Walmart shooting was arrested Thursday, April 17.
Charlotte County Sheriff's Office arrested Anthony Mojica for a shooting that happened at a Port Charlotte Walmart on April 12.
Mojica is being charged with shooting at or within a dwelling/ building, aggravated battery with a firearm, aggravated assault with a firearm, discharging a firearm from a vehicle, fleeing/ eluding police, reckless driving, and driving while license is suspended.
The other two suspects, Mojica's girlfriend, Amy Leiva, and an unnamed 16-year-old, are already in custody.
