Students from the rural, migrant community of Immokalee are getting access to digital resources that can prepare them for successful careers.
The opportunity is offered to students through the Immokalee Foundation . The foundation worked with Florida Gulf Coast University and Microsoft to put on TechSpark Immokalee on Friday, April 18.
Students had the opportunity to learn about careers in health care, construction and engineering.
The foundation has been helping students for more than 33 years.
