On April 22, a man was arrested for pointing a BB gun at someone in a RaceTrac parking lot in Bonita Springs.
The RaceTrac gas station is off Furling Road.
According to Lee County Sheriff's Office deputies, around 8 p.m., a drunk man pulled into the gas station parking lot, drove around in circles, pointed a BB gun at someone, and then left.
A deputy nearby then arrested the man identified as Brandon Mclaughlin, 36.
Mclaughlin was charged with two counts of aggravated assault, driving under the influence, and refusal to do DUI testing.
