A man is in custody after being accused of attempting to run his girlfriend over with her own car on Sunday while driving through Golden Gate Estates.
Isiah Gomez reportedly threatened to kill his girlfriend while they were driving.
The woman then jumped out of the car and started running. Witnesses say that Gomez then began driving the wrong way down the road, trying to hit her.
She jumped into the bushes to escape Gomez, who was then arrested a few miles away.
