A one-year-old child was found in the pool at the home located in the Bella Terra Community on April 29.
Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to the residence around 7:55 p.m.
The parents of the child were able to give the child CPR before deputies arrived.
The child was transported to Golisano Children's Hospital awake and breathing.
