On Monday, the city of Fort Myers will consider which company they want to restore the Rachel at the Well statue.
The statue is located along McGregor Boulevard across from the Edison and Ford Winter Estates.
It was damaged by hurricanes. According to the city, it might cost more than $90,000 to repair.
In March, a construction company sued the city after they claimed the city didn't negotiate in good faith. That came after the company was the only one to submit a bid to fix the surrounding of the statue.
The meeting will be at 4:30 p.m. Monday.
